How can I get there?

You can reach us easily:

By car: Street and public parking available nearby.
By metro: Just a short walk from Matosinhos Sul station (Blue Line A).
From Porto Airport: Around 15 min by car or 30 min by metro.

What languages do you speak?

Our team speaks Portuguese and English. Some team members also speak basic Spanish and basic French.

We’ve just moved to Portugal, can you help us with ongoing treatments?

Yes! If your child started treatment abroad, we can continue it here after an initial evaluation.

What happens during the first appointment?

Your child’s first visit is all about comfort and getting to know us. We’ll gently check their teeth, gums, and bite, talk about brushing and habits, and answer any questions you have. Our goal is to make it fun, relaxed, and positive!

Do you treat children with special needs or medical conditions?

Yes, absolutely. Our team has experience caring for children with autism, ADHD, and other special health conditions.

Do you accept emergency appointments?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dental emergencies such as pain, swelling, or accidents.

What documents do I need?

Bring your child’s ID or passport and any previous dental or medical reports, if available.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not work directly with insurance plans or health subsystems. Our consultations are very detailed and comprehensive, and unfortunately, insurance limitations don’t allow us to provide this level of personalized care. However, if your insurance offers reimbursement, we can issue a receipt or statement for you to submit your claim.

If you live outside Portugal and have an international health insurance plan that covers medical expenses abroad, we can also include your policy number on the invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
